Urap-Urap | Boiled Vegetables with coconut flavoring
Urap-Urap is a healthy diet because it consists of healthy vegetables . suitable for those who are dieting .
Vegetable materials Urap-urap :
1 bunch kale
1 bunch of spinach
1 bunch of long beans
250 g white cabbage
100 gr bean sprouts
Seasoning Urap-urap :
1 btr coconut , peeled , coarsely grated
3 pcs big chili
3 pcs shallots
1 pcs garlic
1 tsp shrimp paste
1 vertebra kencur
2 pcs lime leaves , discard the bones
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar comb
flavoring if liked .
How to Make Urap-urap :
1 . Chop the spinach , white beans and cabbage
2 . Boil kale in boiling water and drain.
2 . Boil spinach then drain
3 . boiled beans then drain
4 . boiled white cabbage then drain
5 . boiled briefly and then drain
seasoning :
1 . crushed red pepper , onion , garlic and salt
2 . enter shrimp paste , brown sugar and kencur , puree anyway .
3 . Mix the spices with grated coconut , stir well , give orange leaves .
4 . Steamed until cooked , remove from heat.
Presentation :

Tips : when boiling vegetables try not too ripe , it is better if boiled .
