Tuna soup with carrots , Beans and Potatoes



Tuna soup with carrots, beans and potatoes are delicious and nutritious food that is suitable for everyone, especially for children, because all children need good nutrition can help optimal growth conditions.

 ingredients :
- 200 grams of tuna , diced 2 x 2 cm + 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder + 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 carrots , peeled and diced
- 2 large pieces of celery stalks , cut into 1 cm or 10 pieces of green beans , cut into 2 cm
- 2 potatoes , peeled and diced
- 2 leeks , chopped coarse
- 500-700 ml of water

seasoning :
- 1 medium sized onion , roughly chopped
- 4 cloves garlic , finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil for sauteing

How to make :


1. Prepare the tuna , sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon pepper and 1/2 teaspoon salt , cover the surface of the tuna and let stand 15 minutes , no need to rinse .

2. Prepare heat-resistant pot , heat 2 tablespoons oil . Pour the tuna that has been smeared into the hot oil seasoning , stir and cook until browned surface .

3. Enter the onions and garlic to stir the tuna and saute until fragrant and transparent . Enter the turmeric powder , stir and saute until fragrant and slightly change color to dark . Insert the oyster sauce , stir briefly .

4. Put all the vegetables into dishes , stir until blended . Add fish sauce , pepper , and salt , mix well . Pour the water and cook over low heat until all the ingredients into a ripe and soft .


Enter the leeks , stir briefly until wilted leeks . Taste the soup was nice and ready to serve. Yummy !
