Tuna, with red delicious seasoning

2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
300 ml of water

10 grains of red onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 cm ginger
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar

Processing way:
1. Sprinkle tuna with salt and lime juice. Let stand 15 minutes.
2. Fry fish until cooked. Set aside.
3. Saute ground spices until fragrant.
