Chicken cooked with red chili sauce,


The ingredients / spices: :
1 chicken, cut into 20 parts
2 bay leaves
4 sheets of orange leaves, bones removed
2 cm ginger, crushed
500 ml of water
750 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper 
1 teaspoon brown sugar
7 stems of basil leaves
2 tablespoons oil for sauteing

Subtle Seasonings:
8 red onions
4 cloves of garlic
6 large red chilies
2 pieces of red chili
1 teaspoon of coriander powder
5 grains hazelnut, roasted

How to make:
1. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices, bay leaves, lime leaves, and ginger until fragrant.
2. Add chicken. Stir until the color changes.
3. Pour water. Cook until chicken is cooked.
4. Enter the coconut milk, salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Stir until cooked.
5. Towards removed, add the basil leaves. Stir well.
